Have I mentioned lately that fruit inspires me? Perhaps this is obvious since I write a website about fruit, wrote a children’s book about fruit and spend my free time traveling to farmer’s markets, university citrus collections and foraging neighbor’s trees. Nonetheless, I’m regularly surprised by what I see when I really stop and look each piece. I’m off on vacation for a bit so until I return I leave you with these fun little patterns – ogee, paisley and scroll! So much fun.

Exploring Fruit is a series where I explore what fruit has to offer the world in terms of design, in addition to the snacking aspect that I usually highlight. If you want to explore more, follow these links to explore fruit colors, fruit shapes, and fruit patterns.
I know you probably aren’t supposed to comment on your own blog about how much you love the post. But this post just makes me happy. I keep popping back here to look at it 🙂 I’m so nerdy.
