APPEARANCE Rating:
Outside is a pale green, yellow color that makes me think it is not ripe, but the texture and fragrance says it is, inside is a lovely sunny yellow/orange – gorgeous
AROMA Rating:
Sweet, appealing smell makes me anxious to try it
TEXTURE Rating:
Juicy, great texture, very pleasant bite, almost crisp
TASTE Rating:
Sweet, a little bit grassy in a good way
OVERALL Overall Rating:
The color of the skin made me think it wasn’t ripe but the inside and smell was so appealing that I loved biting into it, even after having tried four other types of plums and pluots. It was a lovely plum and one I would definitely look for again.

Growing the Emerald Beaut Plum
I am having a giggle of your descriptions, very very clever. Absolutely love the site, the colours the layout the inclusion of recipes, and i will be following the fruit your really want to try with great interest as i have never seen them in Australia.
Congratulations on your new project! Love it!
Thanks! I have never seen any of the fruits I want to try either. I just know they exist. Looking forward to hunting them down!
Gardening is such fun and it is such a bummer when you have to leave it bihend. Container gardening at least gives you a chance that you may be able to take it with you. We were able to take our container garden from our apartment patio to our rental house a few years back. I was so happy about that! What plants have you been growing in containers? Thanks for stopping by my site earlier!
I like the burgundy plums
